The sound is clear (perhaps *slightly* tinny at times, but not often), and it connects wonderfully fast to my phone. I particularly like the charger - it's small enough to be readily portable, so I don't have to lug yet another plug around. I can plu the charging stalk into the same USB-style charger my phone uses - two-in-one! Or, either of them can charge from my laptop, or even, I discovered, an iPod power brick. Nice. The headset is simple to operate. If I have one complaint, it's that the volume buttons are a bit touchy to hit without hitting the middle button and hanging up on someone, which means I'm often too scared to use the mute function (which requires a quick up/down volume tap sequence). That's maybe a quarter star off; otherwise, it's one of the nicer headsets I've used.

Excellent product had no problems with it. I would not be looking for a replacement if it was car proof. It fell off my ear as i crossed the steet and was crushed.
